Since 1994 the Railway Trust have offered assistance to the HBPT (site owners) and the museum to construct an industrial narrow gauge railway and demonstrate it to visitors using equipment from the Trust's collection. There now exists a 2 ft gauge mineral line also a passenger line and a 7¼” miniature passenger line to entertain younger visitors!
